A live Google Sheet that both of you can edit from any device. Use it for budget tracking, vendor responses, decisions log, and notes that need to live somewhere outside your heads.
Your sheet is ready
The starter Google Sheet is in your Drive (under brendan@mistly.io) with all four sections pre-built: Budget, Vendor Emails, Decisions Log, Notes.
Share it with Mikaela: Click Share (top right), add her email, give Editor access.
(Optional) Split into tabs: Sections are labeled === BUDGET ===, === VENDOR EMAILS ===, etc. To split into separate tabs, select the rows for each section, copy, create a new tab, and paste. Or just keep it as one sheet.
The sheet URL is already saved below. If you create a different sheet later, paste its URL and click Save.
URL stored in your browser. Same URL works for Mikaela once she has access via the Share step.

Why this and not just localStorage: The other tools (Decide, Budget, Emails tracker) save to your browser only. This sheet is the cross-device, two-person source of truth. Once a budget number is real (not a guess), put it here. Once a vendor responds with a quote, log it here.
